This foreclosure was a HOA foreclosure and the primary loan mortgage already has a release on it.

Whether or not you will be successful at it is up to you.Our property manager checks on our contractors before they get checks released to them so we have additional eyes on things.

I haven't seen any updates regarding tis project.They did release an actual plan, so it slightly pass theoretical but I wouldn't call it a sure thing.
