Those that do stay in the casino hotel may get reduced rates if they're regular players. 

Not to mention the new rent control laws they passed that makes it harder now to evict a bad tenant.

I see Title companies becoming bigger players.

I prefer to have less controls placed on my business by my brokerage and more freedoms to pick and choose.
