Here's some basic information about us and the house we are bidding on:1 north of Lafayette Ave and East of Nostrand Ave. 2 sits on a treeline block with all brownstones.

I've routinely seen people purchase and rehab all in for under 50K and get rents of 800+ per month.On the opposite end of the spectrum are clean houses in the far north east that you could purchase and rehab for under 130K, and usually expect a rent rate around 1200-1300 per month just as an example.
