Basically, if all the houses in the neighborhood do not have pools and the Subject property does have a pool, that may suggest the Subject pool is an over-improvement and may either be less desirable for that market, or in some cases, this can actually decrease the value of a house (not typically though).

I'd sure hope.Homeowners with adjustable-rate mortgages may benefit from declining housing services inflation, as their mortgage payments may decrease if interest rates fall.
