They would want to know if a power company is billing incorrectly and can tell you whether they are or not and the specific regulation that governs it.

So by trying to protect its citizenry, I believe the government of Albany has made an incorrect calculation.

I assumed, perhaps incorrectly, that it was an anomaly.

By using a third party representing me I am able to maintain a more unbiased posture, allow the emotion to blow off without influencing my decision making process, and hopefully reach an agreed plan which provides them with time to rearrange their lives and me to suffer the least cost.Btw, not unusual for a relative not to inform their relative tenants that foreclosure is taking place.

I think that form the most part, finding a firm that has an established track record will say enough about them as an organization, but maybe I am incorrect in this assumption.Any help would be appreciated.Chris

I actually reworked CapEx to $160 per month once I noticed that the percentage mindset was incorrect.
