6% interest is good enough

My plan is to wait about a year until my credit history is good enough to get approved for an FHA loan and house hack.

Every now and then there will be a home from a wholesaler that pops up in an area that you can realistically flip, but some of the wholesalers aren't buying at a good enough price point or are taking too big of a spread.
