I should have mentioned that we have a safe in our office (where cash/check payments must be dropped off/mailed) to store all payments until they are picked up by the "deposit lady."

Thanks ladies, I think the issue I was having was that I was using my phone and the display/calibration wasn't reacting when I pressed the "garbage can" link.

I believe it was a skip trace program to find owners of vacant property.I received a call from customer support and the lady said go thru the program again and they will bill me on the legacy program/ $49.99 versus the normal program of $79.99 per month.

Hi there @Robert Shoffner At first I really didn't know where to begin, so I called a couple of places who had signs out that were renting out places and that led to someone who was starting up a STVR management company since the one lady that had been doing it was taking fewer properties on.

We have a meet up in BA the first Tuesday of the month (next week) at 7pm at Buffalo Wild Wings.

One decent transaction per year will pay for those costs, though2) You're held to a higher standard, and can't pull the wool over little old ladies' eyes to "steal" their houses.
