What’s the Goal?

Currently, I'm only qualifying off $80K of income so it doesn't help me qualify for a lot.It looks like Snow Removal is about $700-$1000 for a full season?

So it would depend on following:- What are your top 10/core needs of your business workflow.- Do you want to manage the new system internally or have an outside vendor manage it for you for a small fee.- Would you be requiring custom changes often to your digital workflow?

Geraci charged $500 to sort it out and helped me fill out the Lightning Docs online template correctly.

I have had a lot of success purchasing 5 bedrooms houses next to larger universities and have been able to easily find tenants.

I'm moving slow with it to avoid getting someone in there I'll just have to get out if it doesn't work...thanks! 

We're wondering about various what-if's though, such as what if the people tear up the place, what if we don't want to rent to someone in particular due to references or credit or pets, etc.

If not, this is a sign to be doing that.
