Hi @Calvin Kwock, I'm also new to BP and am living in NYC looking to invest in NJ.I work in construction and want to get more in involved in RE so got my license to wet my feet and build up my contacts.. 

So far, the two days have been informative to see other opportunities, like the mobile homes, and it does give you just enough information to wet your appetite.

Your hard money lender is also good in wetting the deals.

Helped the seller and was able to make a healthy profit, so a win-win.Know that I have my feet wet, I have a second deal in the hopper!

However, it is possible that someone has access to your email and intercepts and signs.The other thing to keep in mind is that at least some states (Mass and Maine for certain) require wet signatures on closing docs.

If your drywall crumbles, it is likely it has been wet before.

I like to get my feet wet in all my deals and I feel this is one of the best ways to learn the business.Both short term rentals and rent by room are good models in our market, but Covid caused them to dip a little.

I think I may be less selective of neighborhood and buy a unit that’s occupied (and has been occupied for a while) by Section 8 tenants just to get my feet wet. 

how long do you anticipate the date of completion of full rehab, you seem to be on a journey that has taken you to bigger and better places, what do you plan on doing next for your project & don't stop now my redstick neighbors you just getting your feet wet, keep posting but most of all keep sharing
