But I think it can be a good idea to network and know other real estate Rochesterisans (is that how you write it?)

Is there a simple idea of the fees that might be involved for setting up these business accounts?

This is a great idea!  

. - you could offer portion of the profits - i would note I think it is a bad idea and your better off getting hard $ and paying the contractor Family or friends and business do not mix well
