Hi BP,I am in the first stage of investing which is choosing a location to invest in.

We currently have 2 SFR's,  one in San Clemente and the other in Capistrano Beach that we are working on, and in the beginning stages of developing a 2 unit condo project close to the beach in San Clemente, that will be sold to owner/user or investors.
