HOAs are notorious for lying and tricking residents.

My question is if a tenant fills out an application and lies about having an Emotional support animal then I later find out after accepting their application they do have an ESA can I reject them as tenants for lying on their application under penalty of perjury?

Credit you can't lie... 650 or less means they are late on credit cards maybe had a car repo'ed...

If so, as long as it's been properly recorded in the county where the property lies, what does it matter? 

Also I’m not sure how up to date there website/technology is?

Millions of people have been returning to work as the economy reopens and there’s likely been a lot of duplicative claims during the crisis owing to massive technology snafus at overwhelmed state employment offices.

I think the STR model has great ability to quickly become a scalable business opportunity, especially since smart home technology has become relatively affordable so that might be another area that will be expensive now, but payoff well down the road. 

If not, they lie.
