Allow sponsors and syndicators to access the capital markets the same way that larger concerns do utilizing new securities exemptions and technology. 

I wouldn't even know what to order at Starbucks and I've never purchased the latest gadget or i-phone.

Let me check my crystal ball real quick...Nope.I do believe in Cryptocurrencies and the blockchain decentralized technology having a boom in the next few years though.... but that's another debate :)

First of off, Raleigh is considered to be the top 7 hottest real estate investment markets because it is thriving hub for technology, biotechnology, and healthcare and so on.

But there is no reason for not having a better user interface with todays technology.

A good one is arstechnica.com who do alot of technology and investigative type journalism and have discussed airbnb in the past.Once you get it on to some news site, submit a link to slashdot.org for yet more traffic (with disclaimer that you're involved).Best of luck!
