How difficult is that process?

The reports are very long and contain information I'm having difficulty deciphering.

Family Dollar is selling out right now due to financial difficulty versus Dollar Tree and Dollar General.

These classes range from working with buyers and sellers to the technology KW offers their associates.

While that's certainly an important thing to pay attention to, look closely at the technology and infrastructure on which they operate.

We see it in transportation & warehousing and now more and more in technology & broadband.  

That being said, I'm wondering what the difficulty is of finding properties to flip, and reselling them in Las Vegas.
