Hi Katie, I used to teach FI331 at UA, but it was a different perspective from the typical PhD class.  

Don't take crap like that from stupid tenants...teach them a lesson.

And what lesson does it teach to convey the message that no matter how great a tenant you are, I'm going to "reward" your good habits and behavior with an automatic rent increase?

As many have said on the podcasts, the first investment purchase will teach you more than any book, but I also want to ensure I'm doing my due diligence to protect myself from any avoidable pitfalls.I currently have an investing partner; a good friend of mine.

Not sure what they teach at the seminar but The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Wholesaling is a great free read.

@Jamir Burney I would read"Rich Dad Poor Dad" its a great book that teaches you about how money works.

That will teach you to read the fine print next time
