I decided its time to start talking to some people about what im doing. turns out a family member was a motivated seller , long story short I bought a 200m2 piece of land in Baja California with an amazing beach view. lots of development is happening.

Chicago is on a lake, so our city is a half circle with the center being downtown.  40 miles around the city is already developed so in the new construction boom before the crash we had hundreds of new communities being built on farmland 60 miles out. 

I am a N.Y. based nonprofit developer and would like to partner with an established firm.

Have been searching here with no results.Maybe someone can help me out.I am looking for a company or a solution to be able to input a bunch of addresses and the software/company/service will pull a map, a google street photo and a quick zestimate value of the home and then insert my basic letterAny ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciatedThanks

Hello BP Community,As I have been researching developing markets lately, I have taken the time to immerse myself within my community that I live in to learn more about my immediate market.

I get the picture now.. your getting interest from developers that want to subdivide the units.. and there probably is big upside. 

Paying out mortgage is not that easy, we are considering in selling our home to buy a smaller one, but this area in under development, so I know our house will appraise more in the next few years.

I currently work on the investment/finance side of things for a multifamily developer out of Los Angeles and feel I am ready to take the plunge begin to build my personal portfolio.
