The documents does state permits are needed (which in SF is a pain in itself) but nothing about zoning changes. 

I am not completely sure how to go about this and I called the circuit court today and they directed me to their website to fill out forms but I have no idea what Im looking for, Gotta llove the growing pains, PLEASE HELP

This property has some growing pains involved, we had to do a lot of repairs and we inherited some awful tenants so we took a big loss on these properties so far.

Every 1k in financing is under $5 per month.... so it is not painful.

@Frank Lo my biggest mistake has been giving someone who had a poor background check a "Second chance" I fell for the sob story and the tenant was a pain in my backside.

It makes no money and has an HOA which can become a serious pain in your backside.

@Brandon Shepherd  Melting minds sounds painful :)   I'm a big fan of using a property manager to place my tenants. 

I've developed similar products in the past and at the moment I'm trying to see if such a solution would solve an actual pain point.
