If you get sad you cry.When you are in distressed you try to find a solution.

I don't know where the idea of it came from that it is this amazing opportunity for newbies, or people getting started, but it makes me sad because many quit and give up on real estate when it doesn't work out for them.

Sadly, the entire state of MI is discriminated against by the insurance industry so I found it hard to find insurance at first and then was shocked by the prices. 

Sadly, those offers go straight to trash right now bc sellers don't want to wait with you and jump through all the hoops FHA requires.

Those in the RE game think that I'm pulling their leg and have called me a liar and think I'm trying to scam them with this opportunity (it's sad to know that you have access to information like this and no one believes you).
