@Nathan Yaun, I don't know if you respond to every call, text, and email....but perhaps stop if you are doing this.

In commerce, human beings respond best to clear boundaries, consistently enforced rules, and routine.

Unfortunately, she is slow to respond to this information and sometimes sends contradictory information about whether and for how much to make offers.  

There is no phone number (they say on their support site they respond within a day, but that doesn't seem to be true in my experience).
