Rentals in the same proximity to the commons as this house are renting for between $200 and $1200 per night in the summer, and that significantly increases in October, some as much as $1800 a night.

Just make sure the lease holds everyone liable for 100% of the rent, not just their portion.

Once I started paying off loans and raising rents, years of suspended losses went away fast. 

The monthly payment to the seller would be $1,200 while the total rents are $1,700.

I am wondering what a fair deduction would be from rent due to there being basically no kitchen in a 1br attached mil set up.
