With seller concessions, the Buyer is actually paying more for the property to get the seller to pay closing costs and pre-paids.Realtor Rebate on the other hand, allows the Buyer to get best deal on the property AND have their closing costs and pre-paid costs paid for them.Comments welcomed, just please keep them non-confrontational, relevant to the Topic and focused on...helping BP Investors have & keep BiggerPockets!

Sometimes the violation will be detailed enough that you won't need to call, but not always. property.phila.gov will link you to all relevant info about the property.Fill out a building permit.

My accountant is in Ohio, and all communication anyway is by phone and pdf.When I had a local accountant, I still never met with him, so where he/she is located is not relevant.

Here is what I believe is the relevant provision.The Agent (broker) will underwrite, package, and submit the Client’s loan to lenders, with the intent of procuring a term sheet on behalf of the Client.
