Those are great examples of agents not "hearing" their client.

I find myself ever more motivated to take on the projects that I do and to build trustworthy relationships with the clients that I do work for, which is something I never put much effort into prior.

I have a number of clients from the bay area that have found success in Fresno.  

Not just for doing to the work myself but recognizing what will work and what won't in certain layouts or situations.

I am a local realtor in the Milwaukee, WI area and am looking to add a few investor clients to work with. 

I have worked with many relocation clients and been able to find great houses.

What I wrote above does not create an attorney/client relationship between us.

Still possible they're legit (building a buyer or client list isn't inherently wrong), but is that the kind of website you'd expect to see from the kind of property management company you'd want to do business with?
