By the time you're ready to rent out you might actually do better selling since prices are appreciating pretty rapidly and there isn't much affordable condo inventory in the area, with little in the pipeline for development (at non-luxury pricing).

In addition, our area is growing rapidly with tons of commercial developments and job opportunities. 

I currently own properties in Dallas, Tx and rents are growing rapidly within the city.

In urban areas where the cost of traditional housing is rapidly escalating, renting out individual rooms through these models presents a more accessible option for many tenants.

The city of Columbus has been improving rapidly and still has a lot of room for growth.
