@Jake Fleming you should speak with an experienced attorney about raising capital legalities, so you don't get yourself in trouble with the SEC.Once you know what you can and cannot do, you should use the Classifieds Forum and also post on Facebook, etc.

My taxes are fairly detailed and comprehensive, definitely not cheap.When I wouldn’t get a response back, yet they were responding quickly to posts here in BP, I had to cut my ties.Best to you

I am always telling people that I buy houses for cash any condition, As well I have a Facebook page that I post weekly to stay relevant and remind people I am looking for houses to buy all the time. 

If you've dealt with them, can you please post your experiences with them?
