I hope that I am incorrect about this because that would mean a different scenario for you but I believe this is the case.On the other hand, you can always look in to personal lines of credit, heloc's or something of that nature to assist you in funding your initial deals.

hi, maybe this is a subletting issue, but i got a large home and will be renting out the basement which has its own door  connected to the driveway. what im trying to do is get an additional mailing address/ postal address; what is the procedure for this?

You should also check the security deposit in the lease against the rent roll and inquire as to any utility bill-back procedures and see if that matches up.
