I priced your scenario out as a DSCR loan at 75% LTV with excellent credit and am very close to what you posted, slightly cheaper cost in points.

How many posts/threads have we had on BP talking about crappy contractors/trades and how its hard to find good help???

As I said in another post, I think these cabins should be within 5% of each other and they are nowhere near that close this year.

But I've also found posts on BP saying it's fine to rent them out separately.
