Can anyone recommend simple (and affordable) software platforms that work well with flipping and BRRRR style investments?

The style may not be everyone's taste, so I wouldn't necessarily include them in any sort of flip/renovation.

If your school is more pedestrian oriented like my local public school is, a 10 minute drive is not something students would choose to do.

It was the FIRST house in a new master planned community nearby the Leander transit oriented development.

This led me to a pseudo driving for dollars style – I would go to showings on the MLS and would see other Multi-family houses next to the property and wonder if they would be willing to sell.

Ground floor is a great pm, there are other good ones also but it depends on your style of investing and goals.
