Are property shows still a good investment, considering the decreasing number of visitors each year?

I provided my tenant a 3 day pay or quit notice on Nov 10th for the Nov Rent.

The way I see it, if they get their act together and file a lien or even send me a notice, I'll pay off what I owe.

I'm not commenting on Florida law, but in general you can enter the property after giving proper notice.

as far as getting the damn people out to even look at it and contractors needing work...I can't speak for other contractors but I have noticed an increase in the small misconception that contractors work for work over the last few years.
