Unless you upgrade one or the other you will have to move it.Mainly i see the clearance issue as mentioned for the electrical box.

The prebuilt units at the big box stores are decent, I use a local manufacturer (kitchen kompact), which I find to be a little nicer than the hardware units and priced similarly.

But if it works in a "giant tin box" it should work in your home.

You can get by with really cheap PVA primer from the big box stores, the coat does not have to be perfect, but if you don't use it, paint won't look the same on the drywall mud vs paper surface. 

Assigning a good contract where all the basic boxes are checked off is one thing, assigning contracts as a business operation is totally different.If you want to stay legal and ethical, I suggest you learn real estate and some basic business law before trying to follow gurus or others who don't know any better.

I would add two more panes (five total), move the window to the center of the wall, and do a boxed bay, with a small shed roof over it.The windows on the right are fine in style, size, and location.
