I've been wanting to expand out of my market in Iowa, and see that the Winter Haven, Lakeland, Haines City areas are similar to purchase points as my market.

I am new to real estate investing and looking  to connect to any local imvestor.

If it requires a mobile closing we use Michigan Investment Title because they willclose anywhere at no cost unless it's a ruralarea but downside is they require wires for everything which alot of title companies are starting to require anyways.

Most lay people have zero idea how to get through a transaction.

Down payment assistance/ a VC that partners with first time home buyers to provide a pathway to home ownership would be a welcome addition to the industry!
