One avenue is developing directly for hospital sytems, health networks and providers as well as individuals.

Part of why I have PM company manage them is to make sure health, safety, and other legal obligation are met so that the tenants are not put in harms way I don't end up in court. 

You need to find that same mentality and approach that is local to you. 

Don't mentally get stuck on SFH/MFH; everyone is looking for that. 

However, the Notes are super solid and I cannot mentally accept the idea of discounting them.

For me having only one account is more mentally beneficial than having multiple @Sydney Sigue.
