I had one call for maintenance in this unit for a broken light bulb and there was no mention about the toilet leaking.

These kind of shingles are made to last 20 years, and being they are light colored, they won't be as hot either.

I painted it a nice light grey with black shudders and white trim.

Next week I probably face a bud light budget..lol.But you know what?

Maintain schedule devised by Landlord for light maintenance: Replace Smoke and C02 Batteries, Furnace Filters etc…If Smoke and C02 Alarms need actual replacing, it will be done by a licensed electrician.7.)
