Hello, I just purchaed my first home to rent rooms out as a frst step in real estate.

At 6:00 pm on the first Thursday of every month we have been sharing resources, knowledge and encouraging people to win at investing in real estate.

Blown out of proportion or a real concern?

My name is Hanzel, and I’m new to real estate investing.

Im wondering, wouldnt a way as a non-US resident to invest in real estate in the US on the same terms as US residents be as a limited partner in a syndication?  

We're talking about title company reps, real estate transaction attorneys, SEC attorneys (yeah, the fancy ones), insurance agents, and lenders who make magic happen.

I would check with a real estate attorney in both Arizona and Minnesota to make sure you're compliant with state specific requirements and to handle any potential tax implications.

Read the book "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" by David Greene, then decide if you would like to sign up for an investor academy (which will probably cost hundreds/thousands). 

I am here to absorb anything real estate that I couldn't learn in my hometown nor college.

Mom and popIf you want in-person training and offices and more camaraderie, bib box like KW, Coldwell Banker, etc are good options to start (you will leave after one year).If you are mobile and doing a lot and want to work freely, but have a ton of online support, cloud brokerages are great and have better splits like eXp and Real.
