Over the past few weeks I have put together an excel spreadsheet containing data relevant to todays unpredictable market.

I was a Finance major in college and heard every argument not to do it.The increase in yearly income and the increase in value of the business since I purchased far out way the taxes and penalties I paid.I will probably never put another dime into a retirement account.

I also find city-data forum to be helpful.

I would be ready to have supporting data as to the necessity of them and be sure to include exterior cameras as well, not only in the common drive/entry area, but along the rear permeameter as well- otherwise it seems as if spying on the interior might be miscommunicated as the goal, and if truly for security, you would be covering all points of entry without exterior cameras along all exterior walls. 

fwiw, I am quite proficient in Excel (have some experience with data analytics, pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.) so I could likely easily manage a small database of leads by myself just with Excel…and create my own dashboards etc. but anyone using something in particular that they enjoy?
