., at a number you look up, for wire instructions.....scammers hacking emails and sending wire instructions from almost identical email addresses, giving instructions to wire to a bogus account are becoming rampant.

What this means is that the prior owner is responsible for the charges pending in Fulton County Magistrate Court for the code violations, however, those Code Enforcement cases will now close and be reopened as new under my ownership. 

During the call the HOA confirmed that they would be responsible for exterior sheathing repairs if it was deemed necessary and caused by exterior water.

I wouldn't have told the tenant I intended to sell the house but that ship has sailed.The tenant is responsible for the full term of the contract.
