@Lucas Duce, The mortgage insurance, homeowners insurance and taxes are all higher than the average triplex but it would still cash flow (it's a very old home in a historic district).

Additionally, the softening sales market usually puts a squeeze on the rental market, so perhaps you can increase the rental income as well.If anything, I would explore refinancing given the current historically low rates & see if you can improve the cash flow, but otherwise, given the information, I would recommend to continue to hold.
