If stainless then just clean it up maybe buff out scratches.Sinnce everything was new when they moved in I'd charge what it costs to repair/replace damage and ignore any normal wear items.

I have told them to clean up but I'm wondering what your opinion is on contacting a certain authority about the child's care. 

And don’t “clean” it from a surface of any porosity with chlorine bleach and expect it not to return (like this already has).

The notice to vacate did say that the cash was contingent on them leaving the place empty, clean, and if they were current on rent.

Otherwise SF is much harder and not really clean.

If your someplace that has harsh winters, frozen pipes can be a nightmare for mobile homes so I would suggest checking the insulation underneath etc...I think the main difference is that mobile homes tend not to be as durable as a normal sf stick built home so your ongoing maintenance and repairs are usually higher.

Is the filter clean.

Unit #2: Trim throughout, repainted doors, paint, saved floors with deep clean, vinyl plank in kitchen, new cabinets, backsplash, new vanity + toilet, and updated fixtures.
