We've committed to going green roof.

Hi all,I recently started RE investing (currently have two SFR's under my belt) and I'm still very green.

It's not clear what you're asking and there are no question marks anywhere in that post...That is because I am so green at commercially developing a strip mall I don't even know what to ask specifically so I asked for "any advice" So there are several lots around this big box with different brokers signs on them.

We've been rehabbing homes since 2011 but jumped onto the green scene when we realized there was an untapped market for green redevelopment in our area.

Can you tell I'm green?

;) I grew up near Green Bay, and I've also lived in Portland.

We currently live in Seattle, but we are dropping everything and moving to Wisconsin (Green Bay Area).

Since I have a lot of free time inbetween my full time job schedule, Ill be giving this a green light starting next week
