It's not clear what you're asking and there are no question marks anywhere in that post...That is because I am so green at commercially developing a strip mall I don't even know what to ask specifically so I asked for "any advice" So there are several lots around this big box with different brokers signs on them.

They had said nothing to us in the interim, but word got out that they wanted to put a putting green and a horseshoe pit, plus a parking lot, in the space the garden occupies.It's hard to fight an HOA Board legally, so we contacted a local columnist who wrote a balanced article (the president still managed to make a fool of herself).
