Zillow is also rolling out a free package, but as they just started to charge landlords for advertising, don't expect their software to be free forever.You can also use the search feature here on BP to find loads of other discussions on software options:)

Very relaxed pace... we do what we want, farm out the rest when needed.One cool thing about the larger deals,  you can get non-recourse financing where you aren’t personally on the line if something goes south... pretty cool feature your regular bank probably WON’T be offering you!
