What have you found to be the most effective way to find tenants?

Trying to get started, I need a effective assignable contract to present distressed sellers, also an effective commercial assignable  land contract .

I went through the 590a document to which you referred me but could not find anything to that effect. 

And also about mice I saw them throwing such small type of poison I was wondering which one this is that  is effective. thank you

There should be different brokers for each type, you cant effectively market and sell both of these. 

Generally, people want openers and if it is effecting the conditioned areas, insulated will be beneficial for little money.But, if the garage is already too small for any real vehicle usage, I would avoid the opener. 

All of these will effect the returns.
