When Homeaway began to restrict the ability for owners to see the guest's email address or telephone number I was worried that because I could not talk to the guest when they initially inquired (as was my procedure) I would end up having to cancel bookings because the guest might not meet my requirements (age, number in party, non-smoker, no parties, etc.)

I have not proven this to be effective, but I think for Jefferson County AL, they have on the tax assessors page you can request a payoff the quote and see the cost of redemption.I don't know if this works for ones that have gone past 3 years.

Thanks John,there is no shared wall but the buildings do touch each other all along the side.It's a private 2 family townhouse, neither a Coop or condo.It is not uninsured yet, the cancellation of the policy goes into effect in 15 more days.
