I commend you both for getting out and following a passion for something that doesn't start with multiplayer or have a remote with it.I personally do not think it is ever to early to start learning anything and interning is another form of education.

I got out a few years ago and continued with my education and I am currently attending college at the University of Hawaii and will graduate in December this year with a Business Management degree.

The current owners are married, in their 50s, college educated and empty nesters.

I've read a lot about seller financing with a balloon payment after a period of time (5, 7, 10, 15 years) and that most people refinance before that to get rid of the balloon payment.

The newer laminate is waterproof as long as it doesn’t lay in water for extended periods .

Then, once the improvements are 100% completed, and the interest only period is up, the loan will convert to P&I payments for a fixed 5 year period.

Is there no grace period that you have to have the property rented out before refinancing?
