Overall, though I think most property management companies are not equipped to handle AirBnB.One article I read years ago (prior to AirBnB) was about super-economic motel chains in Asia where each "guest" rented a recliner with a blanket and got a pair of ear plugs and an eye mask.

Getting a commercial line of credit against a piece of real estate can be tricky.The bigger issue I see is that banks like to have an identified source of repayment.  

@Ashby Tyler Cappelmann you might get some different pieces of information and sometimes some conflicting information with what you asked.  

Bring someone more experienced into the deal if you have to and you will still get a piece of the pie as the facilitator.Just make sure you are learning everything from this experienced person so that you can duplicate it in the future.
