I seriously doubt ALL Nigerians are scammers and it's unfortunate that's the perception on BP.

Anyways, I agree that it's doubtful you'll get more qualified leads at that number but wholesaling is not a terrible plan B.

On a side note I highly doubt someone is going to pay 65k for a lot they still have to scrape to build a 200k house here.

As long as you're doing your research, asking questions on BP and elsewhere and making an informed purchase (or whatever type of transaction you choose to make), you'll no doubt learn from the experience and be really proud of yourself for taking the leap. 

It's no doubt the unsustainable home prices of the Bay Area has lead to large population increasesto in the Sacramento area over the last decade.

Just my 2 cents as another newbie, at this point all you can do is asking the bank to do short sale, however, I doubt the bank would go below market value..

I have no doubt we can do most of it but it would be slower and I'm not sure we could turn them in time.

They might change the nature of the school but I highly doubt you will see it vanish (or close it's doors) overnight.

I highly doubt that homes there will see future appreciation, as I see no driving force.Anyhow, the real question is, what do you want to do with your life as an investor?

If your looking for unsecured I doubt you will find anything over a few years
