Your insurance may cover, but I would think your deductiable would be high if you have an investment policy, however I am not sure.You should be able to dispute the bill with the water company.

When the parties eventually settle their dispute they will want an attorney(s) to draw up the settlement agreement with the precise steps outlined for dividing the proceeds of a sale or a buy-out through a refinance... as well as what occurs if neither happens.

If you can't come to a resolution, then you should contact a real estate attorney to help you take the next step towards resolution.What I would advise against is taking self-help in this situation--do not take down the fence just because it is on your property.

I thought I would never use it (and that still may be the case) but I recently learned that mediators frequently deal with real estate disputes to try to help the parties come to an agreement before using court as an option.Do these mediators need years of legal schooling, or could this be a certification I could get in less than a year?
