Asking $74,900.Its on a rough looking street with dilapidated mobile homes and other old houses. 

Right now they are reported on the K1 in box 17 so that the deduction can be taken on a personal tax return as shareholders's health insurance premiums.Looking for ways to maximize the dedications.

Hi Jervy,I started in the note business almost a year ago and left my job managing a group of software engineers about 6 months ago to dedicate myself to the industry full time.

I have also seen many nice mobile homes. 

My main goal is to become one of the whole selling  greats in  Jacksonville Florida,with hard work and dedication.

The lot is big enough to put another modular or mobile home there (not unusual in this area) but can you put two residential buildings on one lot?

I told him I had already accepted another offer but would contact him if the sale fell through.The guy I made the deal with called today and said he plans to put a mobile home on the property and the company financing the mobile home wants to put the land in with the mobile home loan and pay me when he closes on the mobile home.
