Is there a app that puts your house searches in order of distance, like which one is first and next and so on>?

Adjacent to the rear of the property is the Metra commuter train to downtown.

I dont know if that would be profitable and how much agency takes i wouldnt be able to go there and do things there becouse distance is rly far would be this might be more worth to focus on rental properties ?

I have thought about long distance investing, however, I do find it difficult to do given I've never tried it before.

I was listening to some ebooks while commuting to San Diego and decided that I wanted to invest to make my money work for me. 

The thought of being a long-distance landlord used to worry me; now, not having real estate before I'm 40 worries me more.

I don't know where you want to live or how far you can commute so I can't answer about your area.

Even when I was in LA, I was still a good 200 miles from my CA property (which is up by Sequoia) so I learned how to long-distance self-manage in a hurry!  

Also not an isolated incident, he was telling me that he went through 7 different companies before deciding to just manage it himself from a distance and just visiting Florida(from New York) here and there to check in.
