A lot of people worked remotely all year and continue to work remotely, so hosts that adjusted their business models to be conducive to long-term stays did very well!

Thank god cloud storage is a pretty good revenue generator from nothing a few years ago.Then again, I've been told (here and other places) I'm a negative Nancy, but the high-tech business can turn on a dime - Remember how big Tek, H-P and Compaq were?

I'm aware that things are zoned in specific areas for rentals and have tried reaching out to a couple real estate agents to get a bit more info but have come up short on my efforts so far.Was wondering if there is anybody in Bigger Pockets with experience in this market with short term renting while owning and hosting properties or even just cohosting properties.
