What about those companies that make their money buy incorporating you and telling you that they can get you corporate credit..in so many days....are they not using any personal guarantee?

Minor picky points, I don't think these are the problem.The living room has too much furniture, lose the side chairs,The staging photos make it look like there are two living rooms, maybe make one an office?

@Alexander Merritt It use to be a common practice up here - and likely down there as well - to incorporate a holding company which would own one or more pieces of commercial real estate ...i.e. a 50 unit apartment complex.

Sorry to disagree, maybe, if you use your personal name, there is no registration requirement at the state, but that isn't a self proprietorship, that is a business formed that is not incorporated, but held individually.
