I like FloridaMoves mostly because it allows for custom search by zip codes, so if there is a specific neighborhood I am interested in, I can use zip codes and ask for alerts when a property within my strike price range etc...are available.I request a daily email compiling all for that day, and look through it once a day.What I am curious is for those who do not have direct access to it, what site do you use to be kept on the changes to MLS?

As far as comps since I don't have mls access I can only get a range from the popular sites, I did pull a list of recent sales from the tax site I'm still searching for buyers in that area I have found some but getting contact info has been challenging

I think that it might costs anywhere from $1,000 - 3,000 per year to maintain the license, fees and MLS access, I'm only speculating though.
